Why use a bond originator?
Bond originators act as a link between property purchasers as well as existing property owners and the banks.
Banks pay bond originators a fee for finding the client and performing the relevant administrative tasks. The fee that banks pay the mortgage originator does not cost the client anything – the bank saved on marketing and administrative costs and are reimbursing the mortgage originator for their costs. Bond originator’s remuneration is performance based and no fee is charged if a client’s loan is not obtained. It is not permitted to charge a client upfront or other fees in order to obtain any loans.
